Commercial Playroom Design

Commercial EDesign is our premium design service for shared children’s spaces — residential amenity rooms, luxury apartment and condo communities, boutique hotels, schools, childcare centers, and community facilities. These spaces serve multiple children across a range of ages and usage patterns, and they require a higher level of design depth. Commercial EDesign delivers that.

Commercial EDesign delivers the same core package as SMART-E™ — full 3D renders, conceptual drawings, precise measurements, layout plans, and two color schemes — with two important differences. First, Commercial EDesign includes one complete round of revisions covering both layout and color, not just color. Second, it includes the option for our team to visit your site in person. These additions reflect the complexity and scale of Commercial spaces, where getting the layout right often requires more iteration — and where an on-site visit can make all the difference.

Commercial EDesign includes one complete revision round covering both the layout plan and color schemes. This is an expanded revision scope compared to SMART-E™ EDesign, which includes color revisions only. For larger, more complex spaces serving diverse populations, this additional flexibility is built into the service intentionally.

On-site visits are available as an option with Commercial EDesign. Site visits, travel, and related expenses are in addition to the design plan investment and are quoted separately based on location and scope. If an on-site visit would benefit your project, we’ll discuss it during your discovery process.

The process mirrors SMART-E™ EDesign — we gather all space documentation, measurements, photos, and project requirements before scheduling your kickoff call. From kickoff, your design is developed and delivered within a timeline established at project start. Given the scale of Commercial spaces, we build in the appropriate time to get every detail right.
