Before your Zoom, our founder, Karri Bowen, M.Ed., a former classroom teacher, reviews your questionnaire, photos and product wishlist and prepares your color directions and initial layout concept.
She then joins your 30-minute session personally to refine the plan with you, so your time is spent deciding, not explaining. Your layout and shopping list, in our chosen designer color scheme, arrive within 3 business days.

Every SMART-E® project begins with a kickoff Zoom led by Karri Bowen, and Karri designs your space from that first conversation through your final plans.

For families who want everything handled — design, sourcing, purchasing, and installation oversight. White Glove begins with a private consultation with Karri, the required first step for all White Glove projects.
Primarily serving Westchester County, New York and Fairfield County, Connecticut, with a limited number of select projects accepted nationally each year. Budgets (including design fees, contractor services and products) start at $150k.
This is not a design consultation. It is the beginning of a complete transformation.
