It includes everything in SMART-E™ EDesign — full renders, conceptual drawings, precise measurements, layout plan, and color schemes — plus full project management from design through final installation. That means we handle purchasing all of the products, coordinating deliveries, managing your contractor relationship, and overseeing the installation to ensure the finished space matches the design exactly. You’re involved in the vision, not the logistics.

SMART-E™ EDesign delivers a complete, contractor-ready design package — and then you take it from there. White Glove picks up where EDesign leaves off. We purchase the products, manage the vendors, coordinate deliveries, oversee your contractor, and see the project through to a finished, installed space. It’s the difference between receiving a blueprint and having a team build the house.

White Glove project management includes: purchasing all specified products on your behalf, coordinating and managing product deliveries, serving as the primary point of contact for your contractor throughout installation, scheduling and sequencing the installation process, and providing on-site oversight to ensure the design is executed to our standard. You are kept informed at every milestone — without having to manage a single vendor call.

Yes. On-site visits are a core component of White Glove — for site assessment, installation oversight, and final walkthrough. Travel and related expenses are in addition to the design service investment and are quoted based on your location and project scope. We’ll establish the full investment picture before your project begins.

White Glove timelines depend on design complexity, product lead times, and contractor availability. Most projects run 8 to 16 weeks from contract signing to final installation. We build a clear project timeline at kickoff and communicate proactively at every stage. Note: foam pit products and certain custom items carry extended lead times that will be accounted for in your project schedule.
