Before you ever get on a call, our design team gets to work.
After booking, you'll complete a detailed questionnaire about your space, your children, and how they play. Our in-house design team, who all have Master's degrees in Education and years of hands-on classroom and playroom design experience — reviews everything in advance and arrives to your Zoom with color directions and a layout concept already prepared.
Your 30-minute session is spent refining, not starting from scratch. Together, you and our design team will finalize the direction that's right for your family. Within 3 days, your complete design plan is delivered.
When you're ready to build, a contractor call is available with our team to walk through the plan with your contractor — so nothing gets lost in translation.
This is not a product list. It's a fully prepared, expertly guided design plan — built around your children before the call even begins.

Full Virtual Playroom Design, Delivered Remotely
For families ready for a complete design plan without the in-person process. Choose from two package options — Climbing EDesign (focused on active and movement-based play) or Full Playroom EDesign (comprehensive multi-zone design across sensory, active, imaginative, and aesthetic elements).
Every SMART-E™ package includes 3D renderings, interior elevations, floor plans, a clickable shopping list, a virtual kickoff meeting, and a contractor coordination call.

For families who want everything handled — design, sourcing, purchasing, and installation oversight. White Glove begins with a private consultation with Karri, the required first step for all White Glove projects.
Primarily serving Westchester County, New York and Fairfield County, Connecticut, with a limited number of select projects accepted nationally each year.
