Most products are packed in large wooden shipping crates. Smaller items may be shipped on wooden pallets, so we suggest arranging crate disposal prior to delivery
If your location has a loading dock, the carrier will deliver the shipment there. Otherwise, standard delivery service includes lift-gate delivery to the exterior of the building/house.
