Q: What inspired you to create this playroom?
A: Our occupational therapist encouraged us to create a space in which the boys could have the freedom to play and develop in a safe environment, especially during the winter months when going outside after school isn't always an option in Colorado. We wanted a space where they could hang, climb, receive sensory input and be kids!
Q: How many children do you have and how old are they?
A: 3 Boys (ages, 3, 5 and 7) Q: Did you design it yourself? A: We did design the playroom ourselves with the help of our occupational therapist. It had to be a space that could be structured like an OT session and also a space for them to use when they are needing to run wild.
Q: How did you first hear about Smart Playrooms?
A: Google searching for high quality foam pits. Everything else seemed like it would break down in a month after being played on by our kids.
Q: What was your experience like setting up and installing our products?
A: Very easy! The rock wall holds and foam pit were incredibly easy to do. The monkey bars were easy too once we built the wall for them.
Q: Any design advice for other parents?
A: Don't be afraid to buy it all, the quality is unmatched and you won't regret giving your kids a safe space to grow physically, socially and mentally!
Q: Did the products you ordered arrive in a timely manner?
A: Yes!
Q: How long did it take you from start to finish?
A: Total of one day's time to install the rock wall, the foam pit and monkey bars.
